Sales Planning and Analyst

• Analyze historical sales data, customer trends and market conditions to support accurate sales forecast.
• Work with relevant departments to gather data input for forecasting models
• Identify gaps between forecast and actual sales and suggest corrective actions.

Sales Plan Development

• Assist as developing monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with business goals.
• Break down sales targets by product, region, areas or customer segment as needed.
• Support sales budget planning and allocation based on historical performance and future projections.

Performance monitoring and reporting

• Monitor actual sales performance versus targets on a regular basis.
• Prepare and distribute accurate, timely, sales performance reports to sales activities and management.
• Highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities in sales performance data.
• Maintain and support sales system.

Cross-function coordination

• Coordinate with sales activities, admin, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales plans with operations and inventory.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of sales campaign and initiatives.
• Serve as a communication bridge between sales planning and other departments.
• Special improvement projects as timely assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in Sales Planning, Sales Analysis.
• Proficiency in MS office, CRM system or Power BI.
• Good Command of English (TOEIC 600+)
• Logical thinker and strong in data analytic.
• Able to interview at TYM.
