Outbound logistics Design Engineer (Fresh Graduated)

Role Clarifications:

Analyse product specifications, drawings, and engineering data to create new production processes.
Estimate time for each step, prepare plans, and manage deadlines.
Lead problem analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurrence in future models.

Establish job standards for process control and coaching.
Oversee and update specifications during process design, from preparation through trial to mass production.
Analyze current production processes to identify improvements for upcoming products, including new processes, equipment, and packaging design.
Evaluate and manage costs, timelines, and volumes for investments in new processes, overseeing ordering, installation, package switching, and unpacking.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Logistics engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields in engineering.
Proficient in performing basic design tasks using AutoCAD.
Able to read mechanical drawing and plant lay-out.
Good command of English (TOEIC Minimum 600)
Remark: Able to interview onsite.
