New model control Engineer (Fresh Graduated)

Role Clarifications:

  • Manage and control new part preparation (Prototype/Production) to confirm objective parts and set suitable schedule of technical information issuing with R&D (YMAC/YMC) and manage new parts preparation with concern division & negotiate suitable recovery plan with Manufacturing engineering/designer to keep launching timing.
  • Checking and propose part procurement plan to receive engineering parts list for R&D and propose each parts procurement plan with fix responsibilities of division under criteria development part layout, cost benchmark, part material to maximize cost reduction.
  • Confirm capacity of each objective part to set suitable plan for capacity  confirmation activity and clarify condition of part structure (Ne function/Process/Suppliers) for set objective parts and priority which use for capacity confirmation activity with manufacturing engineer division to prevent parts shortage un initial mass production.
  • Monitoring progress of “A,B,C” rank in manufacturing operation preparation (QCD) to clarify importance target and objective and negotiate suitable recovery plan with each concern division
  • Review, analyses and propose target for feedback to new model preparation (p5) to clarify and record major issue and concern when preparation stage and initial stage and propose feedback and fix responsibilities division in new model (p5) to prevent problem reoccurrence in next model.
  • Under standard and fully participate operation activity. Inform progress and result with supervisor and receive feedback for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in any related field in Engineering, Business Administration.
  • Experience in Production Planning, New Model Engineer 0-2 years.
  • Proficiency in English communication (Toeic score minimum 500 is required)
  • Able to use Ms office, Power BI would be advantage
  • Remark: Able to interview at TYM
