Manufacturing Specification Management Supervisor

Role Clarifications:

Control and contribute VA/VE, ECR operation with group company conduct meeting for urgency or special matter in order to realize cost down
Manage revision effective with assure correction and suitable timing of each priority (Market claim, Cost down) negotiable and conduct with relate division for special treatment of urgency to minimize quality loss and maximize cost down effectiveness.
Operation activity under standard and fully participate operation activity inform progress and result with supervisor and receive feedback for improvement
Coaching and development subordinate to improve employee knowledge and skill with high performance, strengthened employee's loyalty and motivation and effectiveness of successor development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Engineering.
5 years experience in manufacturing environment such as Production Planning, R&D.
Proficient in English (With TOEIC minimum 450)
Able to interview at TYM.
