Junior Programmer (Fresh Graduated)

Role Clarifications:

Learning on multi-job in various functions in TYM by rotation process
Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
Having buddy and mentor for advising and consulting
Doing project assignment in area which interested in
Reporting assignment progress to mentor (GM) by monthly
Reporting assignment progress to Management by quarterly - Presenting project assignment to Management for evaluation (Ending program)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master Degree in any field
Fluent in English both writing & speaking TOEIC score 600 Up
Can do attitude, Positive thinking.
Self-starter, fast learner and has a bias for actions and results
Good problem-solving skills with leadership potential and ability to demonstrate potential leadership capability, growth mindset, and high learning agility.
Good communication and ability to work cross functionally and teamwork
Able to Interview at TYM Office
