Role Clarifications:

Recruitment both temporary and permanent, Screening, Interview facilitate and negotiation
Campus recruitment Control and Monitor coordination with the target education institutes to recruit newly graduate, offer internship and communicate the screening processes.
Monitor and control key applicant information, screening result and other related information in HRIS. Prepare employment agreement, probation work evaluation, and staffing approval document.
Monthly report of recruitment to superior

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Anthropology
0-1 Years of experience in Recruitment or related
Fluent in English both writing & speaking TOEIC score 600 Up
Able to Interview at TYM Office
