Role Clarifications:

  1. Plan, manage, and develop communication strategies through social networks according to the company's goals, coordinating with internal departments and agencies.
  2. Analyze target groups and marketing trends using various online marketing tools quickly and efficiently.
  3. Create innovative and interesting content and campaigns to reach target audiences and align with the company’s strategy.
  4. Coordinate, plan, and manage content posting on the company’s social network channels as per the schedule.
  5. Monitor online trends and adapt them appropriately for work purposes.
  6. Track, evaluate, and report the performance of responsibilities according to set KPIs.

Qualifications:

  1. Passionate about motorcycles and have a basic understanding of them.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
  3. Experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creator or related field for 1 year.
  4. Able to create content independently, using correct language and ensuring quality
  5. Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google tools, AI) and SEO
  6. Skilled in Photography and Videography.
  7. Skilled in graphic design tools (Canva, Figma)
  8. Proficient in English (TOEIC 600 minimum is a must)**
  9. Self-motivated, consistent learner with determination, Creative.
