Role Clarifications:

Feasibility Cost Structure Survey

Collaboration is conducted to develop detailed cost structures by following up on data from P-1 to P4. This process utilizes concurrent engineering methods, including simulation and cost estimation, to specify potential profit or loss for new models not yet in mass production. The results support management review and business planning
Cost Structure Monitoring
Complex data is summarized into a standard format to allow for target setting based on analytical results. The process includes identifying strengths and weaknesses through benchmarking, generating countermeasure ideas for strategic or operational adjustments, and monitoring progress for reporting purposes.
Forecast Analysis and Problem Resolution
Analysis of the cost structure of new models is compared against management's target costs to inform decision making. In the event of discrepancies, improvement items are identified and reported to management. These findings are shared with relevant departments during meetings to explain issues and causes, plan countermeasures, assign responsibilities, and monitor ongoing progress, ensuring confidentiality and alignment with target costs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in any related field in Engineering, Business Administration.
Experience in Production Planning, Cost Engineer 0-1 year.
Proficiency in English communication (Toeic score minimum 500 is required)
Able to use Ms office, Power BI would be advantage
Remark: Able to interview at TYM
