Role Clarifications:

  • Planning and control
  • Plan and control CRM activity in alignment with defined model concept, brand direction and corporate objectives by developing clear action plans, timeline, and budgets
  • Implement CRM initiatives to build and strengthen customer relationships with the Yamaha community
  • Corporate with external & internal
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal department and relevant external stakeholders including business partners government agencies, media and event organizers to ensure clear alignment on roles, responsibilities, timelines and smooth execution of activities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve defined objectives and deliver high levels of satisfaction for Yamaha club members, customers, dealers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Summarize and evaluate to report
  • Collect, compile and analyze data from each CRM activity and event to support the PDCA process, identifying area for improvement and enhancing future events to better meet customer need.
  • Gather competitor information and relevant market insight to inform and adapt strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in event planning, execution and overall customer experience.
  • Monitor execution to ensure compliance with the approved scope, quality standards and defined KPIs.
  • Monitor and control budget usage for CRM activities and events, ensuring expenditure align with approved plans and available resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in related fields with 1 year experience in Automobile industry.
  • Knowledge in marketing tools, online digital marketing
  • English basic communication
  • Able to interview at TYM.
